WHAT MAKES THIS COFFEE SPECIAL? We have been buying coffee from Edwin Martinez and Finca Vista Hermosa in Guatemala for almost two decades. Each year we source a different microlot from his farm. It’s a very special place producing very special coffees from very special people. Not too long ago we decided to send a few hundred pounds to an innovative company to freeze dry and package it in convenient individual instant coffee packets. Thanks to the freeze drying project it is (and will be) still enjoyable for years.
