Our Return Policy: We unequivocally stand behind the quality of our coffees, and we back every third-party product we sell with a commitment to make it right for you if there is something that is not to your satisfaction. We cannot accept returns of food items such as roasted coffee. However, we will work diligently with you to find a quick solution for you should you not be satisfied with our product. All third-party products we offer are covered by a minimum 90 day warranty (most are longer) against manufacturer defects. Every third-party product that is returned for reasons other than manufacturer defects is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase at a 20% restock fee.
